Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Support Project Manager with strong end-to-end expertise in at least one SAP module (e.g., FICO/MM/SD/HCM). The candidate will be responsible for managing support operations, ensuring seamless delivery, and acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. The role requires mandatory onsite presence at the client location in Shimla until project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA support operations (L1, L2support).
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Ensure SLA adherence, incident resolution, and service delivery quality.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional SAP Onsite and Offshore teams.
- Monitor and track support tickets, escalations, and root cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in support processes.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and governance compliance.
- Handle change requests and minor enhancements.
- Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage onsite client interactions independently.
- Willingness to work full-time from client location in Shimla until project completion.
