Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Support Project Manager

Location: Shimla (Onsite – Client Location)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Support Project Manager with strong end-to-end expertise in at least one SAP module (e.g., FICO/MM/SD/HCM). The candidate will be responsible for managing support operations, ensuring seamless delivery, and acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. The role requires mandatory onsite presence at the client location in Shimla until project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA support operations (L1, L2support).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Ensure SLA adherence, incident resolution, and service delivery quality.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional SAP Onsite and Offshore teams.
  • Monitor and track support tickets, escalations, and root cause analysis.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in support processes.
  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and governance compliance.
  • Handle change requests and minor enhancements.
  • Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage onsite client interactions independently.
  • Willingness to work full-time from client location in Shimla until project completion.
