Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant (S/4HANA Integration)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant with strong expertise in integration with S/4HANA. The candidate should have hands-on experience in mapping employee data, configuring integrations, and ensuring seamless data flow between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Manage end-to-end integration between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.
  • Perform employee data mapping and configuration between systems.
  • Work on payroll replication, master data synchronization, and interface monitoring.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM processes and payroll configuration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
  • Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
  • Understanding of integration tools (CPI/PI/PO preferred).
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
